Everything's all packed,
my baggage is at a high risk of being overweight,
and my room has gone from a disastrous mess in the rush of the last few days,
to that almost-empty box I moved into this past January.

I'm turning in my apartment key right now,
and it already feels like I'm surrendering the key to a large chapter of my life,
locking it and leaving it behind.
