a SUPER BIGG thank you to everybody who took the time out yesterday to wish me happy birthday and text me or send me testimonials. thank you thank you thank you so much! *HUGS i've had a SUPERFANTABULOUS day yesterday, despite the rain. and i'm enjoying being a day old in the world of the above 18-year-olds. it's no difference really. i'm still sitting at home on a boring rainy saturday in front of the same pc. how come nobody got me a laptop on my EIGHTEENTH? haha.

may the antics and pranks and jokes continue abound, i say. haha. we dont have to grow up when we turn EIGHTEEN, you know (:

anyway, i took some pictures of the things i did yesterday. the day at school was really short so i got to go out for dinner in the evening. glad i did, after being so stressed out by certain things going on and nevertheless, those assignments being handed out since school started, and with deadlines inching closer and closer.

i had lunch with my best friend at TCC. it was nice, i had an awesomely devillish sinful guilty-pleasure kind of dessert and she had this awesomely angelic goodly healthy-freak kind of sandwich set with wholemeal bread and all. what a contrast. then i met my mom for shopping at bugis. guess who i ran into? MAS. haha. saying he forgot to bring the onyx rings i wanted to see. aww. and we did some shopping, until it started to rain. and spoil my mood, because i stepped into a puddle of water while crossing the road and water went into my sneakers and i went "OMG! my shoe has a hole!" and then my mom said "there ISNT a hole. the water just went in thru the tongue of the sneakers." OH. how come i didnt think of that?

and we went to orchard and the whole time i was carrying really heavy shopping bags and walking around with my wet socks and cold sneakers. and guess what, it gave me reasons to buy SHOES. haha.

i had Fish & Co. for dinner with my mom, brother and grandaunt. it's my mom's treat. and my dear dad actually forgot what day it was yesterday.

then we went over to wisma atria and saw this BIGG christmas tree and i took a picture with my brother. i think i look awful here. oh whatever.

and here are my presents! the teddy from my grandaunt. the bag from bugis and the gold-buckle shoes from substance are from my grandaunt too. (this is the pair i bought cause of the rain.) its a coincidence but they look kind of matchy. the white box thingy is a musical box with a ballerina inside from my mom. i've been wanting that for the longest time ever. and the black stuff below the teddy are slippers from m)phosis from my brother.

okay, i havent received any presents from my friends so no pictures are taken. see? haha. i know u guys promised to give me my present on monday. i have no idea what they're up to. and thanks SO MUCH to yinglong. you know what i mean and dear, i have to actually wait ONE YEAR in order to avoid getting "bullied" by you. so for the rest of the 364 days of the year, my friend, im leading tortured days of listening to your scary insane laughter, you being mean to me and never-ending forced strangulation from you, sigh. i really treasure my birthday. haha. LOTS.

but thank you so much. the nicest presents are the wishes of "happy birthday" from my friends and family. its so sweet that some far-off friends remembered too. thank you all so so SO much.
