This entry's a little behind time. Im sorry I've been so busy with skool and other stuff. Anyway, Saturday 3rd December was LIME'S birthday bash. It was a most awesome night. Lots of performances in the evening at Orchard Cineleisure. The Observatory, Bonafide Vintage Flavour, Daphne Khoo and Olinda Cho of Singapore Idol fame, Electrico, and of course, RONIN!

I was really stoked to be there and tons of people were there. I finally got to meet up with some really good friends. [SHIKIN : I FINALLY SAW YOU! AMINAH AND PEPPER. THANKS FOR BEING THERE! WEIJIE, HOPE YOU LIKE UR PRESSIE!] I was at the right side of the stage in front of the speakers. The perfomances were a little delayed and Ronin came later at around 15 minutes past 8. I was so looking forward to their set because my friends have been raving about them.

I actually havent checked out Ronin yet, aside from hearing that first single "Black Maria". But thanks to Aminah, I have the album now! I have to say, they sure put on a good live set. Once Ronin came on, I was closer towards the centre of the stage and the band members all assembled their instruments while all the people there were getting so hyped up. Okay, except for those fans who were only there to support the Project Superstar finalists. I mean how could they not get up and enjoy such good music? They were like seated on the ground, kinda stoned. I wish I could take their place for that one moment just to get an inch closer to the stage.

Ronin did a rendition of "Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns N' Roses. Levan was crazy! It was awesome and they also did three other songs from their debut album, "Do Or Die". I havent had such a great time since getting really busy at skool for the last few months. But I had to leave early and missed Electrico's set. Bleah.

Haha. But I was glad I made it to see Ronin.

No doubt RONIN ROCKS MY WORLD. Enough said.
